I really hope I'm not the only one who hates this event. This years I have decided to be a very sad person and stay home alone. I know, I know... I'm 17 not going to a party, not seeing any of my friends, no.
But for a few months I have thought about what I should do for new years and if I looked deep down in my heart, I knew I didn't want to do anything. I actually just wanted to stay home, eat some chips, see some movies and play some games.
You see, there's just such a big pressure on a young person these days. Every weekend we are supposed to drink and whore around. Just basically do bad stuff and being hardcore rebels. I do like to party sometimes, but I really can't stand those people who's life circles around being drunk, get high and party's all the time.
Why are you a sad person if you want to celebrate your new year by doing whatever makes you feel comfortable? Why does it have to be such a big deal? I mean, every 12 month this event happened. It's not like it's a revolution that we yet again have this event.
Now, don't get me wrong, you can party if that's what you want to, but why judge the people who just want to stay home and do something relaxed.
New Years is just totally over exposed, like a lot of other holidays and I'm gonna go against the stereotype and stay home.
I hope you all have had some amazing present, at least for you who have already opened yours. Here in Denmark we celebrate christmas the 24th of December instead of the 25th, so I have already opened my presents and celebrated christmas.
But I thought I would show you the things that I got and perhaps it could inspire you for gift ideas for next year.
So first of a little pictures of all the things that I got.
I got this powder brush from my fathers mother from 'Nilens jord', which is a danish brand so I can't promise you that you can get it in your country. They have an online, so if you wish to buy it, I'll but a link down below.
It costs 17,95$ so it's a pretty expensive brush, but also a very good one. It pretty soft and go to apply your powder, so it's a very good quality brush.
Not that long ago I received my package from SheInside and I thought that I would tell a little about it. So I recently discovered this website via fashion vlogger CutiePieMarzia, who told about the clothes she has received. I just adored what she had bought, so I thought I would check out the website.
Now I can't stop checking it everyday!
What type of person buys their clothes? I think that all kinds of girls can find something they like there and that is one of the good things about it. I don't know how to describe my style, but I like to have a little weird edge over what I'm wearing and that is what they have here. There's feminim, weird and unique clothes. So if either see yourself as pretty ordinary, punk or feminim, I am pretty positive about that you'll find something.
What features do they have? One of the positive things about the store is that they ship for free worldwide, which mean you don't have to pay for the shipment of the clothes.
Another thing is that you can earn points which you can use in your next buy. That means that for every time you buy something, comment on the clothes, upload pictures of your outfit from their brand you will earn points, that makes the next thing you buy a little cheaper.
The website also have some sort of sale all the time, so you'll always find something where some of the price have been taken of.
There's a lot of fashion bloggers/vloggers out there and if you can pass their requirements you can get free clothes from their website.
Any things I wasn't satisfied with on the site? There is this one thing, but it's pretty minor since I all in all love this website a lot, but the shipment took a very very long time. I think I waited a little over a month to receive the clothes I bought, which really annoyed me. But considering that the shipment is free and the clothes is not that expensive, then I can live with it.
Here's the clothes I got:
Marzia also bought this and I loved it so much, so I wanted to get it myself.
I got it in size M, but I shouldn't get it a size smaller or bigger. If it was smaller I wouldn't be able to get air and if was bigger I would look like a tent. But I'm a girl with curves, so if you're curvy too, you should get it in M.

If you have read my blog since the start, you will notice that I've changed my hair pretty many times. I don't know why, but I'm just addicted to changed my hair. Currently my hair is looking like what I have on the first picture, but let's take a look of how it has been through time:
Original hair color.
My original hair color is always a surprise for a lot of people, but I'm actually blond. In this photo I must be about 3-5 and yeah... I was blond
This next photo is from the summer 2007, where I was about 11 and blond. At that moment I haven't yet colored my hair
First time coloring my hair.
I was 12 when I first colored my hair. Thinking back it was really early and I can't believe my parents actually allowed me to do it. If I had a 12 year old daughter, I don't think I would let her do it. I must've been too annoying to say no to.
But the first hair color I died my hair was brown.
I thought this photo was deleted from the world, but my sweet sweet mom had saved it. But this is from the first time I died my hair. This is probably not the only embarrassing picture that includes a duckface, to prepare yourself!
About October 2009 my hair looked like this. So I must've been 13. I don't recall having colored my hair since the first time I had colored it at that moment, but as I can see I just had a nice little haircut ;)
Back to blond.
So this photo is from my conformation in late april 2010, so I was still 13 and here I went back to my original hair color.
Oh yes! I just got my macbook that day I took this picture. I was 14 at that moment and have probably got some more highlights.
And brown it is!
I remember when I went back to this hair color again, because I mostly did it because there was this guy I liked, who thought brunettes were the prettiest. It's really sad, but... yeah...
And in this photo I was still 14. A sad, little, desperate 14 year old ;)
So this summer at age 15 I didn't color my hair and the sun had lightened my hair.
And at 15 late 2011 I went a little shorter and darker with my hair.
2012 and the year a third type of hair color was added.
In 2012 I got my first crazy hair color, but that first happened at the end of the year. The start of the year until summer my hair was a fated brown/dark blond.
This photo is from my 16th birthday and in that period of time I was confused about what to do with my hair, so I just let it be as it was... and it wasn't pretty.
When I started a new school in that summer I went back to dark brown.
In a long period I didn't do anything to my hair and the color started to fate.
Then the identity crisis started.
So... starting at a new school where I didn't live home was rough and I had a hard time finding out who I was. I still have it like that today, so I experiment a little with my hair and it started with pink clip-on highlights.
But that wasn't good enough and I got deeper and deeper into an identity crisis... So I colored my hair purple/red.
I actually loved the hair color, but it was hard to keep the color as strong as on the pictures. So I ended up dying it black as the end of the school year.
Here comes the smurf!
In summer 2013 before starting at my gymnasium where I'm currently studying I was still in my well known identity crisis, so I wanted to do some crazier with my hair. First I thought I would go red, but in the last moment, I decided no... My hair is going to be turquoise!
Bleaching my hair before going blue at my current age which is 17.
And blue it became! I loved it so much and it's one of my favorite colors yet! I had it for about 5 months almost 6, but like the purple/red color I had it's very hard to keep strong as in the picture down below.
And currently the color is...
Right now it's black/brown and I'm pretty satisfied with that, though I miss the blue color. People ask me why I change from blue to black/brown, but my hair has been totally damage after those bleachings and having to dye my hair more blue every month and a natural color is more healthy and easy to keep pretty, so that I how I have ended.
But I have a little secret... I use extensions! dam dam daaaaam! Yeah, my real hair isn't as long and thick as it is on the pictures up there, but it's actually pretty short as you can see here.
But yeah, that was the evolution of my hair. I hope you found it just a little bit interesting.
So I've had a minor break from blogging lately and today I decided to just check up on the blog for fun. Surprisingly there's still people who reads my blog and I just wanna say thank you, thank you, thank you for that! It means so much that people still wanna click and read what I have to say.
So why haven't I been blogging lately?
The problem with being a student and a blogger is that is so hard to cope with both things. I of course rather wanna blog, but it's pretty important that I stay focused on my education and with days that starts 6:00 in the morning and ends either about 2-4 it can be pretty stressing to blog also.
I really hate those bloggers who's like "I'm sorry I haven't been on the blog lately, I've just been so busy!" but I'm afraid that I am one of them and I don't wanna create some quick content because I HAVE to make something. I want to make a big deal out of everything I do here, so that's why I haven't been able to do both school and blogging.
But I think it's so amazing that people still reads my blog, so I'm gonna try to come back from my retirement ;)
